Delhi to Kanyakumari – Travelogue

The longest trip I ever had within India covering a distance of 2750 kilometers and eight states. Surrounded by colorful seashore, coconut trees and paddy fields, the two hours bus trip from Trivandrum to my hometown via the inter-state national highway is the best part journey as the canopies of coconut trees swaying to the gentle breeze can sweep anyone out of their feet.

There are more to enjoy at home, as my father turned the backyard into a farmhouse of his own taste. To list a few are the huge fish tank having catfish (I think it’s also known as African Musci) measuring up to three feet long and a small shark fish, the Beekeeping which he’s been passionate about for more than 25 years now, the banana, coconut, papaya and jackfruit trees. Some of the scenes that caught my eyes are,

On the way back to Delhi I had a chance to see around Coiambatore for the first time as I had to attend one of my friend’s marriage there.
